Service Description

I come to you and your team. The KaleiStars and myself create a context for you to pause and to recharge in the middle of your busy day. You are invited to choose a KaleiStar to assist you in focusing on You and the Breath in the Here and Now. I lead you through observation, breath alignment and play, micro movement and awareness, KaleiStar gazing to experience being here now and connected to the energy well inside you. The session is 30 - 60 minutes depending on the size of the group.
