FAQ — Hypnotherapy & Transformational Sessions

1- What is hypnosis and how does it work?

Hypnosis is a natural, focused state of attention—similar to being absorbed in a book or driving on autopilot.

In this state, your mind becomes more open and receptive, allowing positive changes in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to happen more easily.

Hypnotherapy works by engaging the unconscious mind, where patterns and habits are formed—so change can occur at a deeper, more lasting level.

2- Will I lose control during hypnosis?

No. You remain aware and in control at all times.

You cannot be made to do anything against your will or values. Hypnosis is a collaborative process where you are guided—not controlled.

Many people find they actually gain a stronger sense of inner control and clarity.

3- Can everyone be hypnotized?

Yes, most people can be hypnotized.

If you can focus, imagine, or become absorbed in an experience, you can enter a hypnotic state. You don’t need to “try hard”—hypnosis works best when you allow the process to unfold naturally.

4- What does hypnosis feel like?

Hypnosis often feels like deep relaxation combined with focused awareness.

You may feel calm, centered, and inwardly aware—similar to meditation or the moments just before sleep, while still being fully present.

Everyone experiences hypnosis slightly differently, and all responses are valid.

5- What can hypnotherapy help with?

Hypnotherapy can help with a wide range of issues, including:

    •    Anxiety and stress

    •    Sleep difficulties and insomnia

    •    Confidence and self-esteem

    •    Habits and behavior change (including eating patterns)

    •    Fears and phobias

    •    Emotional blocks

It is especially effective when something feels automatic or difficult to change through willpower alone.

6- Does hypnotherapy really work?

Yes. Hypnotherapy is widely used to support behavioral and emotional change.

By working with the unconscious mind, it allows new patterns to form more naturally than through conscious effort alone.

Results vary from person to person, but many clients experience noticeable shifts within a few sessions.

7- What if I can’t stop thinking during hypnosis?

That’s completely normal.

You don’t need to “turn off” your mind for hypnosis to work. Even when your conscious mind is active, your unconscious mind can still receive and integrate the process.

We work with your mind as it is.

8- How many hypnotherapy sessions will I need?

The number of sessions depends on your goals.

Some clients experience change in 1–2 sessions, while others benefit from a short series.

A 3-session package is often recommended to create deeper, more lasting results.

9- What happens during a hypnotherapy session?

Each session is personalized.

We begin by discussing your goals and understanding your current patterns. Then, through guided hypnosis and NLP-based techniques, we work to shift those patterns at a deeper level.

Sessions are collaborative, supportive, and tailored to you.

10- Can you get stuck in hypnosis?

No. You cannot get stuck in hypnosis.

If the session were to end, you would naturally return to full awareness on your own—just like waking from a daydream.

11- Is hypnotherapy safe?

Yes, hypnotherapy is considered safe when practiced professionally.

You remain aware and in control throughout the session, and the process respects your natural boundaries and mental safeguards.

12- What makes your approach different?

My approach is intuitive, relational, and deeply attuned to you.

Rather than using rigid scripts, I work with your unique inner world—your language, your patterns, your way of experiencing.

Drawing from hypnotherapy, NLP, and symbolic processes, we engage with the deeper layers of your mind…

where change doesn’t need to be forced.

When you feel truly met—

something begins to shift naturally…

and in a way that lasts.
